I peek at Krogers briskets and like Smart said they look horrible.

I've been buying mine at Costco which are prime. I pay more but the extra cost is worth it IMO.

Same here. Prime from Costco is usually $2.69-2.99 per lb. well worth it.

Those fat flat ends are hard to find, that one looks really good.

Lol. I guess I didn't trim enough of the fat cap. This is a perfect example of why we trim the cap down from original packer size.

Picked up two briskets today at Albertsons. You are correct, thick flats, good looking briskets and great price also. Will be smoking one tomorrow so we shall see. Thanks for the heads up.
