I had 2 fallow done there a couple months ago. They did a great job!!

They are by far the best processor I've ever used. I'm in houston and whenever we go axis hunting out west we make a point to stop in Boerne at farmers. The dry sausage and pan sausage are amazing. Salami is pretty good too. Honestly I have yet to get something from there thats bad.

My college roommate had a place near Boerne and every summer before school we'd go and kill a few axis and drive the meat up with us to Nashville so we could have it throughout the year.

I used to process my own and started using them they do a great job
