      This will allow some flexibilty to my window placement.

        Maybe cut it all the way around at your bottom window height the raise it up 15” for windows using 2x4s the use coroplast the fill in.

          That's idea I've been playing with and will more than likely go with.

          Will use metal flat bar or angle iron instead of 2x4s.

          I will then find some kind of drip edge to run along the top and bottom pieces of the blind. I can then slide the coroplast into the drip edge channels which should keep the blind airtight.
