Aight folks......I'm going to post this a little bit early because I have to leave the office in a bit and TC is on a catering run.... and won't be available until 1.

As always there were super strong entries from our resident BBQers and TC and I really appreciate the participation this year. We had a few slackers with the cards but hey it is what it is. Next time we'll put it in bold larger letters.. Keep in mind since this is a picture contest it is pretty much about presentation of good looking "ready to eat" BBQ slices, pieces, pullings, shreddings, choppings and separated individual ribs, etc etc. I'm sure it all tasted fantastic but being a picture contest, presentation is key. I told a few folks via PM and text who asked about the final entry that because it is a picture contest and we could not sample it for taste and tenderness, your entry needed to look better than it tastes. It's that simple

So without further adieu!

Hey hey don't we all think ours is the best?....My inlaws said it was the "best they ever had":P....Hahahaha just kidding folks. That's just a inside joke play on backyard BBQers verbage to describe the quality of our own BBQ..



Seriously though....the top ten were so close so TC and I narrowed it down to 5 and then voted with scoring again for the top 3....




1st place: Jaybo31 with an incredible chicken display...well done man!!





2nd place: Tuco with his brisket again....beautiful brisket slices/burnt ends and presentation!




3rd place: brrdnk with his killer Tri-trip...new meat for us this year and it looked great!
