    Or weld some round bar to the bottom edge, may serve as drip edge as well.

    Top looks good, I bet youll be getting some PMs over it

          this is just a suggestion. i have watched a rig welder that welded for me clamp on a straight edge (maybe 1/4" flat bar) then you run a 1/4" grinder disc up and down the straight edge a few times. bend it to the point you want and stich weld. we've made a lot of things using this.

            How did you mount it to the ranger? Just drill holes in the role bars and use bolts?

              I'm liking this idea. Somehow I can always learn something from the rig welders.

                I made all the cuts with a grinder and cutoff wheel with a guide.

                To mount it i welded bolts to the under side and used u shaped metal around the tube metal and back to the bolt on each side.
