Jerry I’d love to have a beer with you, I’m just now seeing this though and have plans. I was just off Knob Hill yesterday looking at houses, it was the new development right across from the TCU equestrian place on Jaybird Ln. Sure are some nice houses in that area.

Jerry I’m gonna have to bow out. I have been told I have a “customer outing” to attend.

We have rabbits at the PCSP stock show tomorrow. Not sure how long it will last, but I bet you wont see me at the Happy Hour.

I cannot get over this time but will come to a HH in the FW area this year. A cold beer just tastes a little better in Texas.
