    Balcony shots from SA

This lens is definitely a tripod lens though I continue to use it holding and resting against something. More shots than not are discarded using the latter methods. These were taken from our La Mansion balcony this weekend in SA. Most of these features are a bit away from the hotel but it pulled them in rather well. All were shot using the Olympus E-510 and the Sigma 50-500 f4-6.3 (Bigma).

I do have a few that I'm saving for possible use toward the middle of the month.

First balcony above the trees. Shot with ZD 11-22, f2.8-3.5 ED

Bit of a haze at 3:30 PM Friday.

    A bit closer

    Closer still

Didn't show them all but may should have held back a couple of these anyway.

            Thank you Bill.

Is the signature a reference from Marshall Tucker?

Great MTB "Where We All Belong" double album. But no, it's a Robert Johnson original written in 1920 something.
My favorite cover is by Eric Clapton. The Allman Brothers covered it well also.
