fried pork ribs

    Deep fried some turkeys ,then put in whole rack of ribs turned out great

      Guys, try using the country ribs.

      Take a paper bag, some of your favorite seasoning (Cajun preferrred here)

      Put all ingredients into the bag and shake.

      Drop in the hot oil just like when you deep fry a turkey.

      Sorry I dont know the time to cook, as CB has stated in other threads its all about the oil temp and when they stop bubbling they are good to go.

        i'd like to try the ribs off of deer, but they don't seem to have any meat on the does i got last year...

          Deer ribs, pork ribs! No matter, I have had em battered but i prefer to just season em and deep fry em'. Very good stuff.
