I think we are all in a rut in the Sam. O that rut they say it's like the end of the first week in November. But some say there are several ruts through out the season.

Released my fist ever arrow on a deer. 30 yards. Shacking. Had to let down once when she didn't come out from behind the bush. Then at full draw we had a stare down. When she put her head down I let it fly. Right over her back. I not sure if I was even looking through the peep or if I was anchored. What a rush. Next time I will not let her get away.
