    Power clean/hang clean combo
    Super set standing B.B. OHP/Behind the neck press
    Face pulls
    DB lat raises
    Reverse hyperextensions

    I’m spent.

          Fairly easy day today. Cardio, shoulders, and stretching.

            Shoulders and abs. 3 sets with high reps today.

            Lateral raise
            Front raise
            Rear delt fly
            dumb bell press
            Rear delt cable fly
            Upright row
            Incline situps
            hanging leg raise
            ab roller

              Drop step lunge and lean SS single leg DB squats.
              DB single leg RDL SS hip bucks.
              DB step up thrusts SS split squat jumps.
              3 sets each. Not sure why, but I threw in 5 chin ups between each set.
              Tubing face pulls and tubing pull aparts.

                Back and some legs this morning. Hip wouldn't allow any hack squats, but did Ok with goblet squats.

                Three warmup sets and 3 working sets

                Plank row
                Wide grip low row
                Ring pullups
                T-bar row
                Goblet squat
                Prone leg curl
                calf raise
                Incline situp

                  Jump rope day.
                  100 2 foot hops.
                  75 2 foot side to side hops.
                  5 minutes boxer shuffle.
                  25 double jumps.

                            Freaking septic tank! Gotta have it pumped. Them bastages charge $40 per 30 minutes to dig it up. I'm in the wrong business!

                            Workout Numero three. Cut and drug to the goats. Had some help on the dragging. Several limbs were in the way, and I didn't want them driving through the middle of the yard. I tried to scrape the St Augustine off the top and pile it in the order I took it off. Not sure if I can save it, or what I piled it and the dirt on.

                              DB deadlifts SS tubing squat to standing rows. 4 sets
                              Inverted rows SS DB clean and press. 4 sets
                              10 to 1 burpee pyramid push-ups. 2 sets
                              Tubing face pulls and tubing pull aparts. 1 set

                              Off to cover the septic tank back up.
