A must read for parents

I highly recommend this book for parents with school age children. I thought it made a lot of good points and was very useful.

Though I have well-rounded teenagers, who are involved in many sports and activities, the amount of time they spend with their noses in the phones makes me want to stomp the **** things into thousands of pieces......the phones, I mean, not the kids.

X2. Their world stops if we go somewhere & there is no WiFi
It’s a challenge. My son at least is active in sports & likes to go outside and play basketball with me. I’ll sweat my old rear end off and play if it means getting some time off the cell phone
