Exotics with low impact on whitetails

Curious what everyone thinks.

I know Axis and Fallow are hard on whitetails and compete directly for resources. Anyone have any experience with something that wont compete so much?

Client's family member has a high-fenced game ranch. Whitetails and Blackbucks are the only thing they have on it. I don't have any personal knowledge of it, but from what my client says, it works well.
