Well after watching this deer all last year this year we had a major setback. The timber company came and clearcut a 500acre section around the stand. We were pretty nervous that it had bumped him out of his area and our chance of taking him were gone. We did a lot of scouting and praying and set up the stand about 800 yards from where it originally was along the creek and down in a draw along the timberline. Got the feeder running 3 weeks ago and the trailcams going. Well since im in the academy my free time is pretty much non existent so this morning was the first chance I had to go up and check on things. Well I got the best surprise when I pulled up the pics. Hes back and brought his buddies. Needless to say I'm pumped about this season and ready to get at it!
