First real day at the railroad

Well today is going to be my first day actually working on locomotives. Last two weeks have been nothing but orientation. Kinda excited and nervous to get out on the floor and work on those big beast. Headed for work at 330 this afternoon.

You'll learn something new everyday. I was locomotive machinist for 7 years. Gained enough experience to become an inspector now. You'll enjoy it. Are you at Davidson yard?
