        I use Flemings in Conroe.
        Quick service

This year I also thought about taking 1 dear to Chappel Hill and have it made into sausage.
Has anyone had their deer proceeded there?

Don't know much about prices anymore but Nicholson's Meat Company in Mertzon is a solid place. My grandfather worked there for as long as I can remember and in high school I would go help during deer season on the weekends. They take their time and do good work. You get your deer and they make great jerky.

Smittys Meat Market (formerly SilverSeal) in Tomball.
Same great recipes - less the grumpy old woman
(and unfortunately, less the great jokes with the old man)

Hirsch's Meat Market in Plano. Good turn around and good stuff. Don't remember pricing.

Some of my hunting buddies use Hiblers but it isn't my first choice. They butcher a LOT of goats there as well as a ton of deer. Pretty sure you won't get your own deer back. Mr. Hibler is a nice guy and all, but I would rather drive to Hamilton (Whaley's) if I have a choice. Plus Hibler's has gotten fairly expensive if memory serves me right.

If anyone is near Belleville meat market buy a stick of jalapeƱo and cheese summer sausage. You're welcome
