With all the trouble with the DEF, any chance of them coming up with something that works better. I think I liked it better when we weren't so worried about the environment.

Yeah, they are mixing a little chrome in on the air tanks and trim work. Wheels are gonna be our standard polished aluminum.

I need to get a few more pics today, they are working on it kinda slow with other stuff hitting the shop daily.

This is the truck I want to do the Optimus Prime paint job on. 1983 Pete with a 3406A Cat in it. Old school for sure.

A few more pieces added, chrome air tanks and grab bars on back of the cab along with black stacks and chrome trim. And the engine being rebuilt for it, probably in the 500-600 hp range.

Too much grease to mess it up with.

                            Jake (not from State Farm)

Just walked by the build and found Jake sitting on a bucket dealing with the wiring harness. Jake's Dad is our master mechanic and oversee's the build as Jake put's together his 3rd rebuild for us. This kid is learning at leaps and bounds from his Dad, most of the paint job on this truck was put on by Jake. And just shy of building the motor(his Dad is doing that), Jake has put almost every piece back together on this truck.

Here's the engine after clean up and rebuild, rods and pistons have been balanced on this one. It will provide 550 hp.
