                    Ram or ewe? How old? I shot 3 aoudad this year. 1 Ram a mature ewe and a young ewe. The Ram BS was good in a goulash (braised). Too tough for grilling or cooking like a WT BS. The young ewe is tender enough to cook like any WT BS. The mature ewe is still in the freezer, but thinking it will be good as a stew meat.
