Mule deer hunting

Me and my son just arrived in mule deer camp. Cell service is good at the lodge. Will try to keep updated best I can.

He’s using his new Ruger American 6.5 Creedmoor. I’ve got my custom 6.5x284. Hope we rest out these Berger bullets soon.

We’re between Roswell and Ruidoso.

My son missed this deer, so I stepped up and finished it off. Have two more days to get him tagged out. Seeing plenty of deer. Great place.
