If you like grilled fish and avocados hold onto your spatula! We LOVED this meal. Anyone else doing any fishing yet? We caught several pounds last week at the ranch: bass, crappie, brim, catfish, and even a chain pickerel. It was an awesome week.

HOLY MOLY, that was crazy good. Used some tilapia fillets and once done put some of the avocado along with pico, and the queso fresco on top. Wife made potatoe salad. umm umm good!

Yay! I'm so glad you loved it! That queso fresco takes it to a whole new level, and I'd love to add some Pico next time.
