Zesty Picante Chicken (Easy Crock Pot Cookin)

Here is an easy and really good Crock Pot recipe I have found that the entire family has taken too.

    In a crock pot place:

    4 boneless chicken breasts
1- 16oz. jar of picante sauce
1- can of drained and rinsed black beans

Cook on low for 8 hours.
Cover with grated cheddar cheese and let it melt.
    Serve over rice.

    Enjoy.

I like it best when I mix it all up really good on my plate before I eat it.

Well yesterday i tried this recipe but with a few minor changes simply to save me a trip to the store..... What i did was substitute the white rice for Zatarains jambalaya mix and served the chicken as in the original recipe. This reminded me of Applebee's Santa Fe chicken. It was simple and really easy...... Tasted fantastic....
