    Redfish

    Ok before I get flamed. I bowfish, of course I get most of my redfish of a hook, so this is a legit post on a bowsite.

    filet the redfish and leave scales

    sprinkle the following on
    generous amounts of lemon pepper
    cajun seasoning (tony's) to taste
    a light coating of dill weed

    cook over charcoal until the ends curl up (15 min)

    pour melted butter with lemon juice over the top just before you take them off.
