Default Trump to pardon Sherrif Joe?

I say he should based upon everything I know about the situation.

Exactly! The liberal mayor and DA went on a witch hunt against him.
Men like Sherriff Joe and Sherriff Clark are what real law and order people look like!

He needs to be pardoned. His only crime was going against the will of the Marxists. He was upholding federal law

He shouldn't have to pardon Joe... Joe should have never been convicted in the first place..

Sheriff Joe's judge and prosecutor(s) should all be wearing pink underwear and living in a 120 deg tent somewhere in Maricopa County eating green bologna sammiches 3 times a day and only allowed 3 single sheets of toilet paper a day.

Met him at a healthcare summit in 2006 and again in 2008 or so. Jovial guy with a big entourage everywhere he went. He and Burl Cain (Warden at Angola Pententiary ) literally walked on water and sat on every panel discussion......Rockstars of that world! I can see a statewide prison board being envious and looking for something to pursue. I will be in Phoenix on Thursday and I hope the place is no worse for the wear!

What I understand is a judge has not made a final ruling. This one of the reasons for no pardon tonight. The other reason is with the tensions are so high right now it would be better to allow things to calm down.

Pardon Sheriff Joe, then if we could find some way to get him as head of the FBI His crime was IIRC enforcing federal law the Feds would not enforce.. Put him where he can enforce said laws

Pardon Sheriff Joe not a big deal

North Korea test 3 missiles today

Fires Gorka

And we have a small issue with a hurricane

What's really important today

Missiles were duds.......and no one really wants anything done about the little fat dude
Hurricane response will be swift tomorrow. ( hopefully )
So the pardon.... fairly significant

Different story by Fox : However, White House officials told Fox News late Friday that Gorka did not actually resign, but confirmed he "no longer works" at the White House.

Wasn't Sherriff Joe defeated in re-election
