My answer for mediocre would be:

Most stuff that people let me try that come from a processor... especially anybody's jap-n-cheese sausage that is like 60% commercial pork and 40% somebody else's deer....

Sure it's good, but have a hard time saying it is better or worse than store bought (it practically is store bought)
