Grateful Head Pizza went downhill lately. Try Mountain View Brewery Pizza. Same Parking lot with Shuck Me...another Hoca MUST!

Was there last week. Traffic was an absolute nightmare if you can believe that stayed in a dinky cabin called lil bear. We just stayed at the cabin because the town was PACKED with people.

I believe it. We were there a couple weeks ago and it was nuts. Rode some go carts and hit up the swimming hole.

Yeah its seems to be getting worse every year. We stopped going in the summer.

Place is getting crazy. Used to go up there and relax, now it is a madhouse of people, long waits to get in to eat, traffic like living in the big city and more.

Quit going when it started getting so crowded. Grateful Head was good when we went, but that's been probably a year ago. Haven't been, but have several friends go to Shuck Me and said it was very good.

Word on the street is they are prepping for a casino.

They bought about 1000 acres between the two entrances to Beavers Bend park, supposed to build a very big casino with water park, boat racing lake, and no telling what else, they better build another highway just to get to the casino, it is pretty much a circus up there now and on the weekends, traffic is horrendous.

If you eat Grateful Head, you might think about ordering online and picking up the pizza. Time before last we were there it was quite a wait and took a while to get the food. So last trip we ordered online and picked up and pizza was hot and fresh with no wait!
