I was very blessed to receive a Memphis Grill Pro for Christmas from my in-laws. Sure makes life a lot easier. I was able to change the temp on it while I was out running some errands.

We do it the old fashioned way, smoke room build a fire get coals and then put green oak on it. will smoke all day. usually in an old disc harrow disc or a old wood stove.
