        Robert, Thanks, I think I will, I like to leave them out there for a week or two and let the bugs clean em, hopefully it doesn't scare off the deer cause I plan to deer hunt that same spot.

            It should be fine. If you want to whiten it afterwards bring it to a boil in a 40% by volume peroxide/water solution. Then wash it off, let it dry, and coat it with mop n glo so it doesn't absorb dust.

                                Question for those that are going 1 or more miles in. Are you going in mostly on trails? Area I scouted was bushwacking the whole way. While it's not bad walking it is loud walking.
