No Hog Hunting This Year at Richland Chambers WMA?

I looked briefly through the APH booklet I got with my APH permit. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see any kind of hunting being allowed at Richland Chambers WMA this year but some "Draw" waterfowl hunts.

    Did I miss something?

Not in 2010. Have to wait until mar.1-apr.30 next spring.

state biologists Determine when or if and how many animals are to be taken on public lands. So no real mystery there.

what? i drew a permit for one of the bow hunts in october (11-15) and i applied for the gun hunt in November. You can hog hunt in the spring too and i think they allow duck hunters to hunt the north side on a first come/first serve basis.

i was there yesterday, north unit, scouting for the bow hunt in October. I could have shot at least 2 pigs with my bow just walking around. Its lousy with pigs.
