Tonight it was ribs at Ribmasters barbecue in Whitehouse and I hurt myself. I think I wounded that hog pretty good too !

Since there was no water to be had at the store, decided to spend my prep money on good steaks and a fine bottle of wine.
41 day dry aged strip cut 1.5in thick, charred to protection with a baked tater with japs, bacon, and feta.
No pics tonight, but the proof will be in the pudding tomorrow if you need a pic.

I made meatloaf. I used the recipe from The Meat Eater. First time to try it and it won't be the last. It was the best loaf I've ever had!!

Dinner last night was Kokanee Salmon I caught on vacation in Colorado last summer.... pan fried, blackened, and good as all get out.
