I had a big boar walk directly under my climber right before daylight this muzzleloader season. He’d followed my trail in and I can promise I wasn’t near as calm as that kid when he got under the tree! I thought for sure he was about to shimmy up it.

Yes. I have remained that calm. I had one in Quebec a few years ago climb up and smell my boot. I whispered, "Get outta here". He tore half the bark off of that tree going down. I videoed the whole encounter. Another in our group shot him the next day.
