very impressive- I've skinned does already hanging as shown, quartered and in icechest in under 5 min on several occasions but never this fast. Most guys don't think it can be done so I'd gladly take $50 off them showing them otherwise. Sharp knife and good saw are definitely key. I've since switched to a cordless sawsall as it takes less muscle but it is slower then a good bone saw. I don't do it anymore as the older I get, it hurts my hands more and more to put that kind of pressure on the hide when skinning.

Impressive, but outside of doing what he does (working at a processor), why would anyone worry about being that fast? I've had days where we had to clean several deer, but still, I want to keep all my digits.
