Got drawn for Garner SP Exotic Jan 7-9. Was drawn there three years ago, but had no luck. Hoping for some success this time!

what does pending second draw mean? better odds than before? worse odds?

Permits won but not purchased by the deadline go back into the hat and there is another draw.

Your chances of winning on the 2nd draw are dramatically lower

All second draw (Javelina, Gun Anterless/Spike, and Exotic)...Holy crap, do I have some serious preference points.

Booo... all my exotic and muley are now either pending or not selected.

I wonder why some would be pending but others went straight to not selected?

Don't know, I first noticed that happening on some of the hunts last year, I would not think think the drawn hunters would have paid that quickly, maybe just a portion of the draw field is held over for the second draw?

Well I'm pending 2nd draw for all my gun antlerless, archery deer, and exotic. Oh well. Hopefully I’ll have better luck on the other draws.
