You can try trapping and poisoning but most effective way to rid your yard is to broadcast something to kill the grubs under the ground. Grubs are why you have moles. I have several mole mounds in my yard now too and need to put out some grub killer. Don't remember what product I've used before but you can get it at the feed store or Walmart

I have a cat that has brought me close to a hundred moles in the year at our new home. Every morning he would leave 2-3 on the back porch for me. My yard now looks like a yard and not a topo road map

Chickens.

We used to have a network of tunnels in our yard.
Neighbors got some chickens they let roam.
Ever since they started doing that, the tunnels seem to have disappeared....
