    Bow strings and rain?

I'm still new to archery hunting and have been using a Crossman Sniper 370.

Is it safe to take it out in the rain or will getting the cable/string wet damage it?

Keep your strings and cables waxed and you will be fine. Modern archery equipment is designed to function in the elements.

        OK, Thanks.

Maybe I'll go out this week after all.

as said, keep your strings waxed and don't put it back into the case right away. wipe it down and then let it dry completely before putting it away.

Sometimes Water will fill your peep sight on a bow.. blow it out. When you shoot expect to get wet , silencers, buttons, cables strings will collect water .
