Leases around College Station

I was at College Station this past week and really like what I saw. I would like to get on a lease in that area. If there are any members that have a spot, I would like to be considered for the spot.

From what I hear it's as hard to find a lease around there as it is around Brazoria, Matagorda, and Wharton Counties. Good luck to you though.

Not sure about leases, but I have seen some nice bucks off of highway 30.

Like others have said good luck. About the only way is if you buy a chunk of land, which isn't cheap either.

They are hard to find but are out there. Land has gone stupid crazy high, when we bought in 2006 it was 2500 an acre. Then in 2015 a family member paid 10k an acre and last year we paid 15 k an acre. I’ll keep My open. I know in the a guy that owns several thousand acres all around the I’ll see if he has anything open next year
