Looks tasty. How many pounds of meat did you start with to end up with that much if you don't mind me asking

I do not know how many pounds of meat I started with, the meat almost filled a 65 quart yeti that I thawed the meat in, it takes about three days to complete the process I use rage broadheads to get the meat, hobart slicer to cut the meat and three Excalibur dehydrators to dry the meat.

I use Eastman outdoors sweet bbq jerky cure mixed with teriyaki and coarse ground pepper, I dehydrate the meat to 75 percent dry and then marinade it for 24 hours and then finish it out in dehydrators and then I smoke it with hickory chips.

The jerky cure comes with a package of curing salt and I do not use it because it makes the meat too salty.
