                    Haha that description is silly, but that’s a pretty good price, unless it’s select with tons of fat. If choice, I’ll pick up a couple to freeze if the dates are good.

                      The briskets are choice. They have boneless chuck roast on sale for 2.97 lb. That is a great price for chuck roast. I am going to get both and grind/mix them for burger. The roast should be lean enough that you don`t have to cut as much fat off of the brisket. Will probably yield about 2.50 lb. for burger.

                        No rib eye or t bones on sale.......hate having to buy meat I gotta cook for 12 hours to make it edible!
