This was an older buck that had lost his nuts somewhere along the way of life. He was very wary and I finally got a shot on him after seeing him for 3 years. He is my cull for the season but definitely a trophy just the same.

I sure hope things puck up.
My place is just west of that creek before the entrance to the ranch. Borders the North NAS run way and is in the Clear Zone, which means the jets are at 40-100 feet on take off/final approach. Kind of loud there but I love jet noise. I have 2000 Javelina pics a day on my 3 game cams, but no big bucks yet. That creek is my South border between me and NAS.
