There is a close by ranch owned by Hofmann Stengel that is 2,054 acres. That’s the only big piece of property in that area.

Has anyone called Terry yet? I did message him initially. That's why he responded on this thread. If I was him, and someone was lying about me, I would dang sure make everyone know what the truth is. One text wouldn't cut it for me. I truly hope this wasn't a scam, and Terry really was in the hospital. This still could have been a misunderstanding, and Terry maybe dropped the ball. It doesn't mean he's scamming people.

I don't know Terry at all. I was ready to roast him if he is running a scam. I'm not convinced he is. I do believe the OP drove there thinking he was going to meet Terry. Everything else is unclear. I'm still waiting to see the text messages between the two of them. That should clear it all up.

The man posted his number on here, and said the place is leased out. I have no reason not to believe that.
