    Miller Lincoln or ???

Looking at buying a wire welder for multiple projects around the house

    Suggestion, opinions or experience?

    Hobart is good, too.

If you can, pay a little more for the one that can run off both 115V or 220V. That way you can use 220V if you are close to your clothes dryer plug without having to add a breaker to your house and you can use 115V off an extension cord anywhere around your house of away from home.

I just bought the Miller 211 for your reasoning right here.
I have my Hobart 140 for sale in the classifieds, but now thinking about maybe keeping it. I can have one rigged with gas and one with flux wire.

Lincoln 210. Theres nothing you cant do with it. Stick, mig and tig. I have made a living using Lincoln Welders. Kind of like Chevy and Ford. Whatever your flavor is. I've used both but have always gone back to my Lincoln gear. My Lincolns are pretty pricey Miller always look cheaply built to me. Miller made in China. Lincoln made in USA. I think miller invented wire welding process but not quite sure. USA all the way for me
