    Figure 6 hog trap

Would the 16’ x 50” cattle panels work?

If you put 2 or 3 of them together. One won't make a workable radius.

I used 6 of the 16'x50" Combo panels. These have the smaller openings at the bottom. I did a Circle C trap. 4 for the big C, 2 for the funnel wall. Caught an entire sounder. They're sleepin'.

In my experience the hogs, when pressured, will be able to get their snouts through the holes in the bottom of the cattle panels, and be able to lift up, even with the t-posts hammered deep in the ground. I lost a whole trap full of hogs.

Thx. May make one tomorrow. I got tons of pics at my feeder with 10-15 pigs in them

from what I gather, they push on the panel and get it but they cant push it out

I'll supervise while you work ,:-)

Then you can come build mine for me :-)

I'm thinking of building mine like this.

My advice is to only tie the panels half way up the t post. Leave the top of the panel loose so if a hog tries to climb the panel the top will lean back to the inside. And yes hogs have climbed out of the traps built with 52" panels.
