Go get it completely removed and have the Dr. kill the nail bed. It will look like this for a couple of days but it dang sure won't hurt anymore.

The first think you need to do is get to the root of the problem...what caused the ingrown toenail? Did you stump it on a rock when Moses parted the Red Sea? If so, that’s a pretty old injury and probably will need medical attention. Hope this helps!!!
