              Back and legs today. Well, quads and back. I'll hit hamstrings and chest tomorrow. Supersets with abs mixed in.

              Front squat/narrow grip low row/incline situps
              Leg extension/supinated grip low row/incline leg raises
              Body weight pullups/weighted crunches

                Im done with this portion of my program....taking most of this week off and letting the body/joints recover some. I'll probably start back on something this weekend. Im thinking of reducing the lifting and adding in more cardio for awhile. Not sure how to accomplish it but I need to get it down on paper and make it work.

                  Alternating incline DB press.
                  DB lateral raises.
                  Tubing tricep kick backs.

                      Make sure you are doing plenty and plenty of rows and rear delt work. People under estimate the importance of strong rear delts and back.

                        I rowed for the first time yesterday on a day off. 3000m. Pretty good back workout.

                            Rear delt pulls. Youtube it to make sure you are doing them right. Some people modify it not knowing better and end up working their biceps more than their rear delts.

                                Flat bench
                                Seated wide grip press/barbell curls
                                Incline dumbbell press/hammer curl bar
                                Pec deck/preacher curl

                                Skipping tomorrow since I need to be at work early.
