Im done with this portion of my program....taking most of this week off and letting the body/joints recover some. I'll probably start back on something this weekend. Im thinking of reducing the lifting and adding in more cardio for awhile. Not sure how to accomplish it but I need to get it down on paper and make it work.

Make sure you are doing plenty and plenty of rows and rear delt work. People under estimate the importance of strong rear delts and back.
