40 oz of marinara combine with 1.5 cups of water
1 lb. italian sausage removed from casing
          1 lb deer ground meat
          3 table spoons minced garlic
          4 table spoons black pepper
          1 table spoon chopped basil
          32 oz ricotta cheese
          2 cups mozarella cheese
          1.25 cups parmesan
          1 pack of sliced mushrooms
1 large pack of oven ready lasagna noodles

Brown meat then combine with marinara sauce with black pepper. Mix 32 oz of ricotta cheese with 1 cup of mozarella and .75 cup of parmesan along with basil. layer meat sauce, then noodles, then cheese mixture, then mushrooms. I make it in 3 layers. Sprinkle top layer with the rest of the cheese and mushrooms. Cover with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.

makes a good dish to cook ahead of time and bring to the camp if you dont feel like cooking at night. This usually last my family of 5 for 3 meals.
