Default Lovely creature!

Went to fill feeders this weekend and ran into this lovely creature. Took 3 shots from my .223 to bring him down. One to the shoulder, two to the head and and I dont think the shoulder shot got much penetration. Haha! Nice cutters on him too. Think I'm gonna hire some security next time I'm filling feeders...

That’s the longest cutters I’ve ever seen. I hope you are doing a euro mount

That hog has good colors on him. Go with a shoulder mount, snarly face!

Make up a good story about how the first shot only made him angry, so he charged you and then it was you or him.

Congrats on one ugly sucker.

My dad shot one of those a few years ago. We cut off the head, put it in a covered bucket full of water and let it sit in the woods for 3 months. Came back to clean scull, no hair.
Just poured out the goop and bleached the skull (had to glue the teeth back in).
Made for an easy painless euro mount.

Didn't charge me, but he did circle around me after that first shot. It did kinda spook me at first...
