    My First Knife

Well for all you who followed the build, here is the finished product.

I got the sheath back today and think it works well with the Bois D'Arc handle.

For those wanting to see the process: http://discussions.texasbowhunter.co...d.php?t=271556

As some of you have already told me, this is very addictive. I am already planning my next project.

Now I have a question, I shoe horses and rasp are made from cast so how do y'all temper them so it ain't brittle? I've broke a few on a couple horse bellies with a wack that wasn't hard at all and I never would have thought it would make good knife material. Looks cool though and they also make a nice set of spurs too.
