This country is lost. At the very least, the people are gonna suffer greatly. The US debt clock shows 26.5Trillion in debt.

We are looking at another 2Trillion for virus package.

The way the Republicans have spent, might as well be Demonrats.
Republicans keep giving tax breaks and the debt will not get paid.
Demonrats will keep spending and the debt will not get paid.
Politicians know only to buy votes with the dollar.
Demonrats give "free stuff" and Republicans give back tax money with no cuts to benefits/spending.
One of these days, the Fed won't be able to inject enough to keep us afloat.
It's gonna be painful.
I just hope freedom is still in the cards.

Yep. Most of us feel this way. the D's and R's are no different in my book, apart from a few D's (AOC), and R's (Trump, Rand Paul). Those people stand for what their party believes in. But it so few and far between, too many people want to pass the buck to their great great great grandkids. It's truly sad.

That said, never give up the fight, teach your kids financial responsibility, and if enough parents do that, there will be a push to stop the spending one day. But it's conservatives and libertarians who need to keep the foot on the throttle of training the next generation. Make your kid sit next to you while you are at work, make your kid do the family budget with you, teach them that if they buy those shoes they want, they can't buy those arrows they need. Take your friends kids hunting, and teach them how to enjoy the outdoors and how to be proud of being self reliant.

These are things we sorely need in society right now.
