Well, I finally got it done this morning. Been chasing this deer for two years. He was bigger than we thought and a lot bigger than some guessed on this board a couple weeks ago.
He came grunting up a storm following a doe, after 10 or so min he finally made it in range walking by at 30 yards. My personal best deer to date. Scored out at 148 even. Had 40 in of mass and one main bean at 25 in and the other at 23.
Take the daughter out to get a doe over thanksgiving and my season should be about done.
