Got a few texts from one of our guys going to the ranch this morning. Ranch is west of Acuna. ( Cristales had a bunch of wind.
Oregano is looking good.
Couple of inches at least. )
Asked him about the secound gate in after leaving pavement at Oregano. It can be impassable at times.
(Perty good amount of water, but passable. Good rain to the Tienda. Wind blowing about 30 mph.) Last text.( Almost to the Cedro, plenty of rain . Gona loose service now) Sound like it should be a good spring!!

no joke. I think we might have 1" for the year so far at our ranch. Its like we switched ranch locations with Rusty. For years he didn't get rain when everybody else got it. Now we are in his shoes......

Trophy Old Mexico deer lease, South west of Guerrero, Looking for 3 trophy minded hunters. 8200 acres six gun total. No check point. Cost per hunter is 4200.00 per member, 250.00 permits. Feed protein from march to September cost per hunter is around 1500.00. feed corn year round cost is different per hunter. Cowboys put out protein. Nice house 3 bedroom 2 bath, air conditioning. I have been on this Ranch 13 years has been protein fed for 12 years. We have taken many bucks from 160 to 185. This is a proven trophy ranch. Hunters allowed one trophy over 5.5 years. plus culls. We will take some does off ranch for management. We will have one weekend dove hunt lease members before deer season. PM me please if you are interested.

LOL, No flood threats yet. I'm at 1 1/4" so far this year. The good news is we are coming off a very wet fall so things are still in pretty good shape. Still my belief that the hunting mafia south of me hoards the rain.
