      Just unwrapped the ribs to glaze a sauce on and they are DONE!! Gotta get some sauce on'em though. Guess it's time for the corn...

            These turned out pretty good. Only takes about 4hrs and done.

              I just don't see how yall get the meat to stay on when rolling down the road.







              Think I'm due for a new one anyway. Got some grates missing.
