    Scalloped Potatos

Get this ready a day or so before your ham steaks. It reheats real easy like.

    Your needs:

    4 medium potatos
    butter
    flour
    milk
    salt -n- peppa

    What to do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees kelvin
Peel potatos and slice 5/16 inches thick from front to back. Butter up a 2
litre pyrex baking dish. Line the bottom with potato slices. Shake generous
amounts of salt, pepper, and flour. Throw four or five dabs of butter on top.
Repeat process untill potatos run out. Pour milk in enough to cover 2nd
layer from top. Cook for 1 hour.

How do you know which side of the spud is the front, and which is the back?

I LOVE taters! Remember Bubba from Forrest Gump, and how he was about his skrimp? That's how I am bout my taters! Baked taters, fried taters, scalloped taters, cheese taters................
